I voted this morning.

There was a half hour line at 7:10am at the old folks home/polling place near my house. I ended up not being able to vote for my city District Supervisor. First because the volunteer had ripped off the top of my ballot that had the bar code (machine did not accept.) Then when they gave me another ballot they didn't have any extra felt tip pens and I wasn't going to cut back front of the (very long) line. I used a regular ball point pen and the machine did not accept it again.

At that point I gave up. District Supervisor wasn't the reason I went to the polls anyways.

I got a ping back from "clerkrat" today. It said "My name is Dan Hernandez."

I don't know any Dan Hernandez.

When I used to work at Yahoo! I used Y! Messenger. Now I work at Homestead.com and they use AOL Instant Messenger. So I downloaded Zango which allows me to use both. I haven't seen my list of AIM friends in a long while. There was someone with the handle "clerkrat" on it and I don't remember who it is. I pinged "clerkrat", told him who I was, and asked their identity. No reply.
